Caleb Kruckenberg is an experienced litigator specializing in the unique challenges facing heavily regulated industries. While he takes a proactive approach to regulatory matters—engaging regulators directly and actively counseling clients on compliance matters—he is also unafraid of going to court. He is also well-versed in business disputes, particularly those involving securities transactions.
Mr. Kruckenberg routinely defends clients facing examinations, formal investigations and civil and criminal enforcement actions brought by regulators such as FINRA, the SEC and U.S. Attorneys. He has led bet-the-company litigation across the country, and successfully defended clients before juries in multiple federal courts. He is also an experienced appellate attorney, having argued more than a dozen times before panels of the United States Courts of Appeals.
