Our international trade group helps clients navigate this landscape by providing representation and advice in trade remedies, trade litigation and regulatory matters, including antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings, U.S. trade litigation, World Trade Organization (WTO) proceedings, and Customs and Border Protection matters.

With both extensive public and private sector experience, our lawyers are uniquely positioned to counsel clients on how government agencies conduct regulatory and trade-related actions. Our group includes former counsel at the U.S. Department of Commerce and International Trade Commission and judicial law clerks at the Court of International Trade. With this collective experience in the private and Federal Government sectors, our lawyers have an insider perspective in helping clients defend trade remedy proceedings, protect their supply chains, maintain market access, and navigate trade compliance issues.

We advise and represent domestic and international suppliers, manufacturers, importers, and exporters. We also leverage a global network of other trade practitioners in the EU, the Middle East and Asia to assist clients in maintaining trade access around the world. The focus areas of our international trade group include antidumping and countervailing duty investigations and administrative reviews, ITC Injury Proceedings, trade remedy litigation, WTO and international trade, dispute settlement, customs, export controls, and Section 301 duties.
