Jigang Jin, Esq.

Jigang Jin is an experienced IP and commercial attorney. His practice covers both transactional and litigation matters in industries including telecommunication, consumer electronics, semiconductor, computer software and hardware, wireless and mobile, internet, robot, artificial intelligence, and medical device. His deep technical knowledge and experience allow him to quickly understand clients' technologies and bring optimal legal solutions for clients' issues.

Mr. Jin has helped both well-established companies as well as startup companies obtain patents and trademarks. In addition, he has litigated IP and commercial matters in California state courts and U.S. district courts and participated in International Trade Commission investigations. Mr. Jin has also helped clients in navigating the complicated technology export control issues, including conducting technology export control searches and issuing legal opinions, as well as advising clients on data security and privacy matters.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Jin worked as a software engineer designing and developing distributed and web-based software systems for major insurance companies. He also has experience working on various software system integration projects.
